Midwest shell egg inventory declined 3.1% when compared to a week ago. Breaking
stock prices are steady with checks and undergrades higher. The undertone is firm.
Demand is moderate to fairly good. Offerings and supplies are light to moderate.
Schedules are full-time. Market activity is moderate.
